Sudhir Arvind is Partner and Head of the Corporates Sector at KPMG Middle East, based in the Dubai office through which he also spearheads the Energy and Natural Resources Sector. He was previously the head of the Governance, Risk, and Solutions group, where he specialized in board and audit committee governance, risk management, and technology-driven advancements in internal audits. With over 25 years of experience, Sudhir has managed large risk consulting and corporate governance engagements, overseeing advisory activities for regional and global clients. His expertise includes internal audit leadership for a major petrochemical organization, material management engagements, and risk management frameworks for an oil and gas support services company. Sudhir holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in finance.
