As a long-standing partner, Tobias Valk has extensive experience advising national and international companies on strategic and financial matters, as well as on domestic and cross-border transactions. As Global Lead Partner, he focuses on key clients and provides them with access to the entire KPMG solution portfolio.
After starting his career in audit and completing his training as a certified public accountant, he led teams in the Transaction Services division – serving as the responsible partner since 2006 – and subsequently in Deal Advisory, providing comprehensive advice to companies throughout the entire transaction process.
In 2018, he was elected to the Board of Directors of KPMG Switzerland, a role Tobias Valk held until 2021. From 2021 to 2026, he led KPMG Switzerland’s advisory business as a member of the Executive Committee.
