Jason is the Vice Chair of the KPMG Talent & Culture (T&C) organization, where he leads all aspects of our firm’s talent strategy, including positioning KPMG to attract, develop, and retain the best people. As a member of the firm’s Management Committee, he also works closely with KPMG US’s leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that advance the firm’s growth strategy by unlocking the power of our more than 35,000 professionals and improving employee and partner experiences. Some of his key areas of focus include ensuring the firm’s talent strategy is inseparable from the business strategy, partnering with the business to build a workforce ready for the future and fostering a supportive, inclusive culture and work environment so KPMG people can succeed and thrive.

Jason began his KPMG career in 2005 in Experienced Hire Recruiting and has since held progressive HR leadership roles, including Head of Total Rewards, Head of the People Strategy & Solutions organization, and HR leader for the U.S. Advisory business.

Professional Accomplishments

  • Transformed Partner Compensation Framework
    Led a comprehensive overhaul of KPMG’s partner compensation and incentive model to enhance transparency, better align with firm values, and support long-term career growth. The redesign significantly improved partner trust, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Developed and Launched Total Rewards Strategy
    Created and implemented the firm’s first integrated Total Rewards strategy, aligning compensation, benefits, performance, and well-being. Modernized technology platforms, refreshed partner and employee performance models, and adjusted benefit offerings to meet the needs of a diverse and evolving workforce.
  • Transformed HR Service Delivery Model
    Redefined the HR business advisor role and launched a new Employee Relations Center of Excellence. These changes elevated the strategic partnership between HR and business leaders, improved responsiveness, and delivered a more consistent employee experience.
  • Implemented Competency-Based Performance & Development Framework
    Co-led the rollout of a firmwide performance management system grounded in competencies and continuous development. Successfully deployed SuccessFactors and introduced development-focused feedback processes to support growth at all levels of the organization.
  • Led Advisory Talent Restructure During Leadership Transition
    Collaborated with the Advisory Vice Chair during a critical leadership shift to redesign the organizational structure, define leadership roles, and support talent succession. Appointed over 30 new leaders and strengthened long-term leadership capacity within a six-month period.
  • Directed HR Integration for Strategic Acquisitions
    Led HR due diligence and integration efforts for more than a dozen Advisory acquisitions.
