Jennifer Yruma

Jennifer is a director in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP). She has more than 25 years of experience providing financial statement audit, audit of internal control and audit support services.
Jennifer has provided professional audit services to several large multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB and US GAAS requirements. In her role as a member of DPP, Jennifer contributes to and supports Financial statement presentation, Income taxes and Business combinations topic teams, as well as the Accounting Standards Group. Jennifer also designed and maintains the KPMG Accounting Disclosure Checklist application.
Prior to joining DPP in 2010, Jennifer served as an audit senior manager in the KPMG Houston office, serving clients primarily in the industrial and consumer products industries. Her audit experience includes SEC filings, initial public offerings, carve-out financial statements and audit of internal control over financial reporting. Jennifer has also worked in the KPMG Global Services Centre supporting KPMG audit methodology and designing eAudIT. She has also served as a Sampling Specialist, Training and Methodology Team member and National Instructor.
