      Konstantin von Busekist is Global Head of KPMG Law, responsible for the strategy of KPMG's Global Legal Services network of more than 3,600 lawyers in over 80 countries.

      A lawyer admitted to the German bar in 2003 and a qualified tax adviser (Steuerberater), he joined the M&A practice of KPMG Law in Germany in 2007. He went on to build up and lead the Compliance practice, became a partner in 2011 and coordinated the global Compliance practice network. He then headed the Legal Corporate Services unit and served as Managing Partner of KPMG Law in Germany from 2021 to 2025. Thereafter, he served as EMA Regional Head of Legal Services and as Head of Clients and Markets of Global Legal Services, before becoming Global Head of KPMG Law in 2026.

      His priorities are to strengthen the global network, develop multidisciplinary solutions with other KPMG disciplines, and use technology and AI to help clients navigate increasingly complex legal and regulatory challenges.
