      As General Counsel of KPMG International, and a member of the Global Management Team, Susan leverages her extensive experience to advise, and empower, business leaders as they navigate growth, risk, and transformational change.

      Susan joined KPMG International in 2007 and has played a key role in driving forward many of the organisation's most significant and complex initiatives since that time. Before becoming General Counsel, Susan served as a Deputy General Counsel and practiced as a corporate lawyer in private practice. She brings nearly two decades of experience advising global leadership on matters relating to governance, cross-border transactions, regulatory matters and crisis management.

      Susan is known for her ability to combine deep technical expertise with commercial insight, supporting leaders to navigate uncertainty and make informed decisions in a rapidly changing business environment. Having worked extensively across jurisdictions, cultures and disciplines, Susan builds trusted relationships, bringing diverse perspectives together and delivering practical, business-focused solutions. She is passionate about developing talented teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
